This 2005 Beneteau 323 was purchased from its first owner on Lake Erie and brought up to Lake St. Clair. Its current appearance and engine hours (545) indicate light use. The sails have been updated by Quantum, electronics would like to be updated. The interior is in good condition and free of any negative odor. The boats true need is for a new family to use it!!!
